THE OPPORTUNITY

Position: Roofing Sales Representative

As a Roofing Sales Representative, you'll help Central Florida homeowners understand their roofing needs, identify potential storm damage, and find the right solutions for their property.

You'll be responsible for generating opportunities, building relationships, conducting roof inspections after appropriate training, presenting roofing solutions, and guiding customers through the sales process.

Your Responsibilities:

• Generate new business through canvassing, referrals, networking, and community outreach.
• Schedule appointments and conduct professional roofing inspections.
• Educate homeowners about roof damage, replacement options, and the insurance claim process within applicable legal guidelines.
• Present proposals and close roofing contracts.
• Maintain communication with customers throughout their projects.
• Manage leads, follow up consistently, and meet sales goals.
• Represent B&B Roofing with professionalism, honesty, and integrity.
