Our Story
B&B Roofing continues a family legacy that began in 1978 in Winter Garden, FL.
When the late Jozsef Balint and his wife Agnes owned and operated a construction company known as B&B Interiors & Maintenance.
Their grandson, Miles Balint, began working alongside them at a young age and developed a strong work ethic and passion for the construction industry. As he grew older, Miles pursued a career in roofing, gaining experience with several companies throughout the industry. However, he often found the quality of work and customer care fell short of the standards he believed homeowners deserved.
Miles Balint crossed paths with Chris Schwabl at another local roofing company. With both of them having 10 years of experience in the roofing industry and determined to raise the bar in the industry and build something to be proud of, Miles Balint and Chris Schwabl decided to partner up to build B&B Roofing. Both have worked in roofing for 10 years individually and have taken the knowledge of what to do and what not to do from their experiences and have applied all of that knowledge to B&B Roofing. With multiple years of project management, sales management, and being top sales reps at multiple companies, it was a perfect fit. Not only that, but both share a passion for providing service and results built on integrity, craftsmanship, and community values.
Today, B&B Roofing is committed to delivering reliable, high-quality roofing services while honoring the legacy of two remarkable individuals who were pillars of their central Florida community for decades.
About B&B Roofing in Deltona, FL
Experienced Roofing Contractors Serving Central Florida for 20 years
B&B Roofing is a locally owned roofing company serving homeowners and businesses throughout Deltona, Orlando, and surrounding Central Florida communities. Led by owners Miles Balint and Chris, the business carries forward a family legacy in roofing that dates back to 1978—decades of experience working with Florida's climate, building codes, and insurance claims process.
What sets this business apart is its homeowner advocacy approach. Instead of simply installing shingles and moving on, B&B Roofing positions itself as your ally when dealing with insurance companies that deny or underpay storm damage claims. You get a contractor who understands the claims process from the inside and knows how to document damage, challenge lowball estimates, and push back when insurers try to avoid covering legitimate repairs.
The business handles storm damage repair, insurance claim assistance, and complete roofing services for both residential and commercial properties. Whether you're dealing with hurricane damage, need a full roof replacement, or require documentation to support an insurance claim, you work with contractors who've been navigating Florida's roofing challenges for generations.
From Deltona to Winter Park, Sanford, Altamonte Springs, Longwood, Casselberry, Winter Garden, Davenport, and Orlando, B&B Roofing serves homeowners across Volusia, Seminole, Orange, Osceola, and Polk counties. The business operates with a straight-talking, protective philosophy—like the neighbor who has been fixing Florida roofs for decades and knows every insurer trick in the book.

Helping Central Florida Homeowners Fight Back
The phrase "we help homeowners fight back" captures how B&B Roofing operates. When an insurance company undervalues storm damage or denies a claim outright, you need someone who can document what's actually wrong, explain why the damage occurred, and present the evidence in terms adjusters understand. That's where decades of Florida roofing experience make the difference between a denied claim and a paid repair.
Central Florida's climate puts constant stress on roofing systems. Intense UV exposure degrades shingles faster than in northern states. Afternoon thunderstorms deliver high winds and hail. Hurricanes tear off entire sections. Insurance companies know all this—and they also know most homeowners don't understand how to prove wind damage versus wear-and-tear, or how to challenge an adjuster's assessment.
B&B Roofing brings that insider knowledge to every project. The business documents damage thoroughly, provides detailed estimates that account for hidden issues like decking rot or compromised flashing, and works directly with adjusters to ensure claims reflect the actual scope of necessary repairs. You get someone who understands both the roofing work and the insurance process, not just one or the other.

Customer testimonials consistently highlight successful insurance claim outcomes—cases where B&B Roofing helped homeowners receive proper compensation after initial denials or lowball offers. This track record comes from understanding what documentation insurers require and how to present damage in ways that satisfy policy language without leaving money on the table.
Licensed, Local, and Protecting Your Investment
When you contact B&B Roofing, you work directly with Miles, Chris, and their team—not a call center or regional manager who's never been on your roof. The business remains locally owned and operated out of Deltona, with plans to expand its physical presence as the company grows. What doesn't change is the family legacy approach: treat every roof like it's protecting your own family, and never walk away from a homeowner facing an unfair insurance outcome.
